Vandana Chhatwal
Vandana Chhatwal is the Founder of Indian Women Cafe (IWC), an AI Business Coach & Innovation Strategist dedicated to Empowering Women Entrepreneurs across India. With over 16 years of Experience in Academia, Business, and Entrepreneurship, She has Coached and Inspired Corporates, Startups, and Women-Led Ventures to Grow with Clarity, Innovation, and AI-Driven Strategies.
She holds an MBA in Marketing & Sales and a PGDM in AI & Machine Learning from IIT Roorkee, combining strong business acumen with cutting-edge technological expertise. Vandana is also a Certified POSH Enabler, actively contributing to building safer and more inclusive workplaces. Vandana is also Certified Bach Therapist, which she uses for healing Women and Girl Child.
Through Indian Women Cafe, She has built a thriving ecosystem of Women Entrepreneurs with flagship initiatives such as I SignatureR Manch, Diamond Pustaka, Trishool Circles, and IWC Magazine. Her mission is Bold yet Clear: to Empower 1 lakh Women Entrepreneurs in India with platforms for Visibility, Collaboration, and Growth.

Q5 How Can I showcase my Brand at the event?

Elevator Pitch gives you the opportunity to showcase your brand at the event in front of everyone. Elevator Pitch is a 2-min speech given on the stage by every Participant. Also, at the time of Networking Session, you can tell to a lot of women-group assigned about your Brand. Thirdly, you may purchase Exhibition Stall as well to showcase your brand. Fourthly, there will be a brand display corner in the event, where you can keep your pamphlet or brochure on that assigned table. 

Q6 How do I Register?

Simply click on the tab “Register Today” and you will be directed to the payment link. Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation call from our team within 12–24 hours. Limited seats are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Q7 What happens after Registering?

After completing your ticket payment, you will receive a registration form from the IWC team. This form will capture your details and also include a question asking you to choose one award category for nomination. Based on your selection, our team will share the respective award nomination form with you to complete your entry.

Q8 Can you share Details about Nomination Awards?

-There are total 9 Award Categories. You can nominate for only 1 Award Category

Category 1 – Best Entrepreneur Award
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2+ years as a Founder or Senior Leader in the current business.
- Demonstrated steady year-on-year revenue growth or profitability improvement in the last 2 years
- Significant customer base, market reach, or product/service expansion in the past 1 year.
Evaluation Metrics:
- Revenue Growth Rate (%) over the past 2 years.
- Market Expansion – number of new markets, cities, or customer segments entered.
- Product/Service Innovation – count of new launches or improvements introduced in the last 1 year

Category 2 - Emerging Innovator Award - For entrepreneurs bringing game-changing products, services, or ideas to life
Eligibility Criteria:
- Business must be operational for a minimum of 6 months
- Clear evidence of unique product/service or an innovative approach to solving a real problem
- Must have achieved at least one key milestone such as first 100 customers, first major client, or first funding secured
Evaluation Metrics:
- Innovation Impact – Degree of originality and problem-solving effectiveness of the product/service.
- Milestone Progress – Achievement of early growth markers (e.g., customer traction, client acquisition, funding).
- Scalability Potential – Ability of the innovation to expand into new markets, segments, or applications.

Category 3 - Forward Thinker Award - For those shaping the future with bold ideas and industry foresight
Eligibility Criteria:
- At least 1 year in a Leadership or Entrepreneurial Role in the current business
- Future-Driven Initiatives – Implemented one or more Forward-Looking initiative (e.g., technology adoption, new business model, sustainability practice, or digital transformation) in the last 12–18 months
-Trend Anticipation – Demonstrated ability to anticipate market shifts or set new trends that influenced the business direction or industry approach.
Evaluation Metrics:
- Innovation Impact – Measured by the outcomes of forward-thinking initiatives (new revenue streams, process efficiencies, sustainability gains, or customer adoption)
- Market Foresight – Evidence of identifying trends ahead of competitors (e.g., entering new markets early, adopting disruptive practices, or pioneering industry-first moves)

- Open to all women entrepreneurs aged 18-28 years old in a founder or leadership role
- Minimum 3 months of business or leadership experience in the current venture

 An Elevator Pitch is a short and impactful 2-minute Presentation where you Introduce your Business, Idea, or Product in the most Powerful way possible.

At I SignatureR Manch, Participants get 2 minutes on Stage to share:

- The kind of customers, partners, or support they are looking for

It’s a golden opportunity to gain instant visibility and attract potential collaborations from the room full of decision-makers.
